The Bill (Reg. No6045) submitted by A. Hrytsenko, the People´s Deputy suggests considerable liability strengthening for the bribery, implementing in the part third clause 368 of the Criminal procedural Code the principal punishment - deprivation of freedom for the term from 10 to 15 years.
In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the analogous bill have been already introduced for the parliamentary scrutiny and on 21 May 2009 was adopted as a Law, though, the President of Ukraine put veto on it that was not overcome.
